Organizational Project Management Maturity

Defintion

A measure of the maturity of the organization's project management approaches. This maturity-level is typically measured using the OPM3 model (Organizational Project Management Maturity Model) where ad-hoc processes are classified as 'immature' and standardized practices are 'mature'.
