Virtual Team

A team that's made up of people from different organizations, departments, and teams. A virtual team is different from a remote team in that the virtual team is not necessarily 100% remote. Further, while remote teams are usually conventional teams only separated by geography, virtual teams are flexible and often include people across organizations on full-time/part-time basis.
